QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience Training: At least 24 hours of relevant training EMPLOYMENT STATUS: To be officially employed under DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but shall
