Role Overview We are looking for a Salesforce Developer – Senior Associate to join a Business Application Consulting team. The role will focus on the implementation, customization, integration, and support of Salesforce solutions across various business requirements.
Key Responsibilities • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, or HRSD as applicable) • Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs • Design and implement integrations using
