Key Responsibilities • Supervise and manage the daily activities of delivery riders/drivers. • Plan and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries. • Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and operations teams regarding delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities: -Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels. -Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. -Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. -Endorse qualified candidates and monitor hiring progress.
