Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering Professional Civil Engineer (PRC Licensed) Construction Safety Training (40-hour COSH or equivalent) Training in QA/QC Inspection Experience Minimum 8 years of civil engineering
