Job Overview Provide comprehensive clinical lab data expertise as part of a team to develop and maintain Laboratory Data Management (LDM) tasks for the studies awarded to Q squared solutions and meets the external client data
Job Purpose: Ensures system readiness and continuity to support collections operations. Performs day-to-day BAU operations for Collection System including user requests, parameter changes, file uploads, report generation and validation, Dialer and IVR administration, and other system configurations.
