Key Responsibilities: -Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels. -Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. -Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. -Endorse qualified candidates and monitor hiring progress.
