RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes. Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, etc.
