岗位描述 1、负责核心交易产品的风控模型与策略体系建设，覆盖事前预警、事中拦截、事后分析全链路 2、针对交易场景设计并迭代风控策略，利用高频数据识别并实时对抗价格操纵、洗单、虚假挂单、跨市场套利滥用等异常交易行为 3、基于订单簿数据、成交流水、用户持仓、资金划转等多维交易数据，进行特征工程与变量挖掘，构建交易行为风险画像 4、参与保证金风控模型建设，包括强平模型优化、爆仓预警阈值优化、穿仓风险控制等保证金风控核心模块 5、运用图计算与社区发现算法，识别协同操盘团伙、关联账户刷量等群体，结合链上资金追踪形成完整风险闭环 6、建立交易风控指标监控体系，持续跟踪市场异常信号，输出可解释的风险评估结论，支撑业务与合规决策 7、探索 AI/LLM 技术在交易风控场景的落地应用，如异常订单行为智能检测、策略规则自动推荐、风险事件归因分析 任职要求 1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机科学、统计学、数学、金融工程或相关专业；3 年以上风控模型/策略开发经验，有交易所或券商交易风控背景者优先 2、熟练掌握至少一种编程语言Python、Java、Go，具备扎实的数据处理与建模能力，能独立完成从数据清洗、特征工程到模型上线的全流程工作 3、熟悉主流机器学习模型（XGBoost、LightGBM、逻辑回归、时序异常检测等）及其在高频交易数据场景下的工程化落地 4、熟悉图数据库（Neo4j、NebulaGraph 等）及社区发现算法（Louvain、LPA 等），有关联账户识别或团伙挖掘实战经验 5、熟悉实时流处理技术（Flink、Kafka 等），具备生产级别的毫秒级风控策略落地能力，覆盖从数据预处理、特征工程、模型训练到策略应用的全流程，能够保障在极端行情或高频交易场景下实现实时风险阻断 加分项 1、熟悉TradFi 品种金融规则：熟悉股票、ETF、外汇市场的交易规则，能有效将传统合规风控模型迁移至 TradFi 风控场景。 2、AI/LLM 应用经验：有将 LLM 实际用于风控场景的真实案例（用户异常行为识别、策略自动生成、风险报告自动化）。...
