【公司简介】 我们是全球最早也是最成熟的数字资产平台之一，服务于全球数千万用户。我们始终位列全球Top交易所之列，提供涵盖数千种数字资产的全面交易和财富管理产品。我们拥有遍布全球主要金融中心的数千名员工，秉持远程优先、高度自主的企业文化，吸引着那些在快节奏、高挑战性环境中蓬勃发展的优秀人才。 【岗位职责】 一、行情与实时数据系统 1.负责 Web3 行情系统的后端架构设计与开发，覆盖链上行情、DEX 池子数据、订单簿、成交流、K 线等多类实时数据的采集、清洗、聚合、存储与分发。 2.构建低延迟、高吞吐、可水平扩展的实时计算链路，保障行情数据在高并发场景下的稳定性、一致性与时效性。 3.设计并实现实时数据推送服务（WebSocket / gRPC Streaming 等），支撑前端、策略、交易等下游业务对实时行情的消费需求。 二、链上数据中台建设 1.负责链上数据中台的整体设计与落地，构建从节点接入、区块解析、事件解码到结构化存储的完整数据链路。 2.负责区块、交易、事件日志的解析与解码（Log Decode、Trace 解析、内部交易还原等），将原始链上数据转化为业务可消费的结构化数据。 3.抽象多链数据模型，沉淀通用的解析框架与数据资产，支撑行情、交易、钱包、预测市场等上层业务。 4.构建实时数据监控与报警机制，覆盖节点健康度、数据延迟、数据完整性、解析异常等关键指标。 【任职要求】 一、技术基础 1.5 年以上后端开发经验，语言 Java 或 Go 均可，熟悉 Java 者更佳 Java 方向：3 年以上 Java 实战经验，熟悉 JVM 调优、并发编程，掌握 Spring 生态。
