【岗位职责】 一、钱包账户体系 1.负责钱包账户系统的架构设计与演进，统一管理助记词、私钥、硬件、MPC、托管（Turnkey 等）、机器人钱包、保险箱等多类账户形态。 2.主导异构账户体系的融合与抽象，沉淀统一的账户模型与 Web3 ID 能力，支撑钱包及其他业务方的接入需求。 3.设计对外可接入的钱包能力，对其他业务线开放标准化的账户、签名、交易接口，避免业务方重复自建。 二、钱包核心服务 1.负责钱包核心后端服务的设计与开发，覆盖资产管理、代币列表、交易历史、上链广播、Gas 策略等关键链路。 2.负责大规模钱包数据（账户、资产、交易历史等亿级数据量）的存储设计、查询性能与版本兼容性。 3.负责钱包与中台基础能力（行情、Token、节点 RPC、资产）的集成与解耦，推动公共能力下沉、钱包业务上浮。 三、多链支持与上链 1.负责钱包多链支持的接入与维护，覆盖 EVM、Solana 及其他主流公链。 2.负责交易构造、签名、广播、状态追踪的完整链路，保障在网络拥堵、Nonce 冲突等场景下的稳定性。 【任职要求】 一、技术基础 1.5 年以上后端开发经验，3 年以上 Golang 实战经验，精通并发模型（Goroutine / Channel）、标准库及主流框架（Gin / Go-zero / Gorm）。 2.熟练掌握微服务架构与分布式系统设计（消息队列、分布式锁、熔断限流、幂等设计等）。 3.精通 SQL
