工作内容： 1. 核心系统开发 - 负责Web3产品（如聚合器、数据服务、钱包管理等）的后端架构设计与开发，提升系统高并发、低延迟及稳定性。 - 负责链上数据抓取、解析与结构化存储（支持主流链），构建实时数据监控与报警机制。 - 设计并实现高性能 API（RESTful/gRPC/WebSocket），优化链上链下交互流程（如交易签名、状态追踪）。 2. 智能合约与区块集成 - 开发链下服务与智能合约的交互模块（如调用合约），处理多链事件聚合与交易路由。 - 实现多链数据解析、事件监听及结构化存储，支持链下业务逻辑。 3. 基础设施与性能优化 - 设计微服务架构，利用 Docker/Kubernetes 实现容器化部署，提升系统可扩展性。 - 设计并实现微服务架构，优化数据库（SQL/NoSQL）、缓存（Redis）、消息队列（Kafka）等技术方案，保障系统高可用性。 任职要求： 1. 技术基础 - 5年以上后端开发经验，3年以上 Golang 实战经验，精通并发模型（Goroutine/Channel）、标准库及框架（Gin/Go-zero/Gorm）。 - 熟练掌握微服务架构，有分布式系统设计经验（消息队列/Kafka、分布式锁、熔断限流）。 2. 区块专项 - 至少2年
