【岗位职责】 一、交易聚合与路由 1.负责 Web3 聚合交易系统的后端架构设计与开发，整合多条公链、多个 DEX 及做市商流动性来源。 2.设计并实现路由算法与最优路径选择策略，平衡价格、滑点、Gas、成交概率等多目标。 3.负责交易构造、签名、广播、状态追踪的完整链路，保障高并发与网络拥堵场景下的稳定性与成功率。 二、询价与做市商接入 1.设计并实现询价（RFQ / Quote）系统，接入链上池子、链下做市商、CEX 等多类报价源。 2.负责做市商接入协议的设计与实现，覆盖报价订阅、更新、成交确认与风控校验。 3.构建报价质量评估与做市商分级机制，动态调整路由权重。 三、高并发与低延迟 1.优化询价、路由、交易链路的端到端延迟与吞吐能力。 2.设计交易风控与限流机制，覆盖滑点保护、价格偏离、重放保护、Gas 异常等场景。 【任职要求】 一、技术基础 1.5 年以上后端开发经验，3 年以上 Golang 实战经验，精通并发模型（Goroutine / Channel）、标准库及主流框架（Gin / Go-zero / Gorm）。 2.熟练掌握微服务架构与分布式系统设计（消息队列、分布式锁、熔断限流、幂等设计等）。 3.精通 SQL
